**Extra Board
SUMMARY: The Cocktail Server takes drink orders from guests and serves the correct beverage, complete with garnish, straw and napkin. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Take beverage orders and relay them to the Bartender. Collect order from Bartender, add appropriate garnish, place on tray. Serve beverages to patrons in their designated area. Computes bills and payments for drink orders. Requests identification from patrons, insuring that all guests are 21 or older. Removes empty or dirty glasses, bottles and ashtrays and returns them to the bar or kitchen. Maintains the cleanliness of bar areas and serve stations. Other related duties as assigned. Must be available for scheduled work. Must exhibit the Family Style Service model at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. Three to six months of related experience and/or training in a similar food outlet, hotel or casino atmosphere. Must be able to work with the public and present a clean, courteous image.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess and be able to maintain a current Health Card, Liquor License, or other required certifications as required by geographical area of the property.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Ability read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to operate using units of American money and weight measurement.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Point-of-sale system knowledge in some instances.
