\n \n Job Description
A Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction inthe context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary withdesignated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties formaintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.
\n\nDuties include but are not limited to:
\n\nHeavy out of the office work.\nWalk and inspect property to ensure HOA Code is followed.\nInvestigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.\nSchedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieveminimum property standards.\nConduct HOA property inspections utilizing an inspection check list.\nNotify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person andelectronically.\nCreate and mail out certified letters.\nManage and respond to emails.\nRespond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity ofcomplaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.\nPrepare Convenance Committee package and attend Convenance Committee meetings once a month.\nAttend monthly board meeting.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n\n\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required.\nAssociates Degree Preferred.\n0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience.\nProfessional customer service skills with knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, and a team player.\nTime management, time critical prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
