Join us!Summary of the job:Perform in-house coding on open-ended (text) survey responses and code frame building as well as assist Coding Managers and Head of Coding in their daily tasks.Responsibilities: ·Codes entirely any types of projects as required.·Build code frames, or updates client code frames as per client instructions.·Discusses briefing instructions with Coding Services Managers and make coding suggestions if needed.·Help Coding Services Managers with the set-up of projects on Ascribe and can set up projects entirely.·Help Coding Services Managers detect issues in client's code frames or open ends.·Liaises with Coding Services Managers to update them on project progress and to confirm timelines.·Quality checks in-house coding.·Help with quality checks of outsourced coding.·Implements changes to code frame or coded data as per client request.·Helps with extraction of all Ascribe outputs and reports.·Delivers jobs by the agreed timeline and can communicate promptly to Coding Services Managers in case of any timeline revision.  Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:·Bachelor's degree in science (or equivalent) from an accredited university or higher·Fluent English-speaker with good grammar skills.Beneficial IT Skills:·A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office environment (preferably MS Excel – experience in writing basic macros will be beneficial, but not a requirement)‘Role Specific’ Technical Skills or Knowledge Required:·Planning and Organization skills·Logical thinking and reasoning.·Excellent quick problem solving and critical thinking skills·High attention to detail·Any additional foreign language will be an advantage‘Soft’ or general skills required:·Effective and assertive communication·Team player·Self-monitoring·Forward-thinking·Reliable and responsible·Perform well under pressure·Fast learner·Time availability
