Adecco is currently seeking a Coffee Processor Operator, in Rochester, NY. To be considered for this Coffee Processor Operator, candidates must have a minimum of 2-years previous direct experience in manufacturing environment. The Coffee Processor will be responsible for Set-up and safely operate packaging machines including completing start-up checklists, load/ unload finished product and raw materials using forklift, perform quality checks, including inspection and cleaning of magnets. This position involves Complete accurate records for all outbound shipments, including Out-bound checklist, ensuring quality, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the work area. **Responsibilities of the Coffee Process Operator:** + Unload, store, open, and transfer product into the receiving silos. + Ensure consistent availability of the correct quantity and type of green coffee beans in the silos. + Blend, weigh, and package blended green coffee for outbound shipments. + Set up and safely operate packaging machinery, including completing start-up checklists. + Conduct quality checks, including inspecting and cleaning magnets. + Complete required production reports. + Perform basic adjustments and maintenance on machines. + Stage, load, and unload finished products and raw materials using a forklift. + Replenish materials for processing and packaging lines, and remove finished products. + Adhere to Health and Safety, GMP, and food safety policies and regulations, reporting any deviations to the Supervisor. + Perform other assigned duties as required. **Requirements of the Coffee Process Operator:** + Ability to safety operate a forklift and other material handling equipment + Strong attention to detail + Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) is required + Proven track record of reliability and safety + Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to read and follow written instructions Click apply to be considered for this Coffee Processor Operator position in Rochester, NY! **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $19.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
