Helps team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirementsFollows safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day-to-day operations.Must be able to receive and complete work orders via e-mail.Attends and participates in scheduled training and safety classes.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.Must promote a positive and safe work environment for the entire team.Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines.Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most-cost effective repairCompletes all assigned work and associated paperworkAbility to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking proceduresAbility to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer serviceProvide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customersEffectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standardsJOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED.2-5 year’s experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required.Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone.Possess valid drivers’ license and be insurable as a driver.Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town.Ability to work alone.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
