We are seeking a dedicated Coffee Shop Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. We are a very small and close staff so it would need to be just a perfect fit into our established crew. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee shops, excellent customer service skills, and a very can-do attitude.

Duties

Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure stock availabilitySupervise and train staff on customer service and product knowledgeScheduling and managing staff based on shop needs and extra eventsMaintain a clean and organized shop environmentHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionallyDevelop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfactionMonitor financial performance and work towards achieving sales targetsCollaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guestsAble to jump into Barista role as needed based on staffing needsCreate new coffee menu items based on seasonality (and fun ingredients)
Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in Coffee Shop setting for 2 years, Team Lead, Inventory control, Customer service, Inventory managementHands-on experience with professional coffee machines (understanding general maintenance & upkeep)
