Position: Cold Chain Clerk
Available Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $24.00 per hour
Job Description:
The Cold Chain Clerk is responsible for receiving orders, inventory management, and distribution of customer temperature-sensitive finished goods. This position ensures temperature control and compliance standards are maintained while performing receipts, storage, and filling orders.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
+ Validate and receive product from the supplier into inventory
+ Stock product according to temperature requirement
+ Perform daily inventory cycle counts
+ Ensure storage locations and conditions are compliant
+ Pick, pack, and ship product in accordance with IATA compliance standards with appropriate insulation materials to maintain temperature integrity during transport
+ Complete various customer requests, reporting any issues to management
+ Provide professional and timely responses
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
+ Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
+ Willingness to obtain IATA Certification
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent
+ Ability to work in warehouse and cold storage environment
+ Warehousing experience preferred
+ Excellent customer service skills with focus on performance recognition
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
+ Basic math and computer skills
+ Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and managers
