Cold Chain Operations Co-op (Jun- Dec 2025)

Cold Chain operations is a service supporting E2E supply chain for cold chain requirements from Cell bank to delivery of the Finished Goods at the DC dock for products produced through the Innovative Medicine network though internal or external production sites. This includes ownership for storage in internal and external sites (or 3PL) and links.

We are seeking a motivated and diligent Cold Chain Operations Co-op to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cold chain logistics and operations, supporting the development and improvement of our processes and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day to day business operations
• Shipper network design
• Master data and data quality management
• Partner with teams to build timelines, action plans and dashboards for projects
• Implement operational metrics and governance (weekly/monthly)
• Support various data analytics initiatives
• Department SharePoint
• Metrics Publication
• SOP Review and Improvement
• Credo Event Participation

EducationCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or advanced degree program related to Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (minimum of 3 semesters completed)Preferred:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Knowledge of cold chain, logistics, and operations is a plus
