The Role:

 

As a Cold End Technician, your primary responsibility will be to provide electrical and mechanical support, ensuring our machines are operating at their best. You’ll analyse machine performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality standards.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Analyse and optimize machine performance through data review (daily, weekly, and monthly) and corrective actions. Maintain machine set points and monitor necessary data for peak performance. Execute cold end job changes efficiently and safely to achieve maximum quality and output. Provide feedback and support on MEX work orders. Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards with no defects.

 

 

The successful applicants will:

 

Hold an A class Electrical licence and Electrical trade qualification Have previous PLC knowledge and experience, along with Industrial Electrical experience Have strong computer literacy skills Follow and promote safe work practices Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail Be able to manage changing priorities Have excellent communication skills including the capacity to communicate quality expectations to supervisors, operators and staff
