Supply Planner T1-II

The Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment Manager (CPFR) is the primary point of contact for Wal-Mart Replenishment Managers and is a secondary point of contact for Wal-Mart Buying personnel. The role is critical to developing a high quality relationship with this supply chain driven customer, and plays a vital internal role supporting sales growth and driving operational efficiencies while working collaboratively with Supply, Sales and Demand Planning.
The CPFR is responsible for supporting critical decisions and providing recommendations impacting both the customer and Mars-Wrigley supply chain & finished goods inventory. Influencing the customer, our account team, and our internal supply teams is crucial to the effectiveness of this role. Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to provide an influential business case will be essential to successfully gain alignment for implementing product supply recommendations.
What are we looking for?
Minimum
2 years with Supply Chain (order management, production planning, inventory analysis/management, outbound logistics, etc.) or equivalent school study.Ability to travel 5% of the timeManagerial presence, interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to work across multiple cross-functional teamsAnalyze and Improve PerformanceSkilled at process managementHigh decision quality in a fast-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft Office.Demonstrate leadership capability to drive collaboration & business resultsDemonstrate the ability to define and deliver on customer needs and expectationsPreferred
Hands-on responsibility with outside customers within the last 12 monthsBachelor's DegreeUnderstanding of Retail Link, Luminate, GRS, SAP, McLane PortalThe knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of an associate's degree program in Supply Chain or Business.Proficient with Retail link, Luminate & GRSWhat will be your key responsibilities?
Ability to adjust, adapt, respond to, and be resourceful in the face of change to deliver business objectivesDevelops strong relationships at all levels of the customer’s supply chainMust effectively influence team members to gain support for replenishment and inventory management policies that maximize product availability at store level, while minimizing inventory in the supply chainPartners with customer to be the best in class as measured by SAMBC and Advantage SurveyOwns and manages customer specific KPIs and provides proactive communication and action plans to mitigate service riskProvides supply chain expertise and insights to the Wal-Mart Mars-Wrigley sales teamDevelops analysis and scorecards for communication to the customer and key cross-functional teams to improve overall supply chain compliance and effectivenessProvides both quantitative and qualitative feedback regarding customer activity to improve the overall forecast accuracy of the organizationHas responsibility for the accuracy of the customer system forecasts and their inputs into the Demand Planning processManage the supply chain inter-dependencies between Sales, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Operations Planning and the CustomerResponsible for all Retail Link & GRS replenishment activitiesDevelop and implement on-going improvements for collaborative planning, forecast and replenishment processesWhat can you expect from Mars?
