As Client Solutions Manager, you will lead a team of Client Solutions Specialists located across multiple regions responsible for collaborating with Product Owners, Agile teams, Operations and Technology partners to deliver servicing solutions that meet ever-evolving client and industry demands.
In addition to people management responsibilities, your expertise, knowledge and industry experience will be key to influencing how we support our client’s needs while ensuring service support models are both scalable and resilient.
As manager of the team you will also be responsible for ensuring the seamless onboard of new client relationships, products & services.
Key responsibilities:
Leading a team of skilled Client Solutions Specialists, overseeing their engagement in multiple projects and initiatives across the enterprise.Working with Prospects and Clients to gain an understanding of the client needs and overseeing the implementation of solutions accordingly.Working closely with Operations, Change & Technology teams to determine and implement solutions to effectively address business challenges.Leading a team responsible for the onboarding of new client business and/or products & services.

Major Duties
Manage a team of 4-8 Client Solutions Specialists across multiple locations.Acts as a senior “go-to-person” for client and product groups regarding new initiatives requiring Change support. Develops relationships with key partner groups.Act as subject matter expert and primary contact for inquiries, opportunities and new projects.Provide support to Sales team with New Business pitches where required.Provide guidance and expertise on building business solutions.Determines staffing needs and ensures resources are allocated/available to accomplish team priorities. Establishes performance standards for the team. Conducts the performance management process, identifies training and career development needs.Sets goals and priorities based on the direction set for the unit. Follows through to ensure that objectives are met.Ensures compliance with all audit, risk, security, and control requirements including change control procedures and data security.Consults with business unit partners to determine the most effective solutions to solve business problems or address business needs. May also work closely with business unit partners to define and review Service Level Agreements and to ensure services meet or exceed business needs.Communicates with various business areas and outside vendors, consultants, and clients regarding automation needs.Provides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise.Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.Coordinates and participates in training presentations with clients or prospects, virtually or in person.The ideal candidate should have a fair amount of the following qualities:
Previous experience in financial servicesPrior experience in a management roleProven experience in Collateral experience and/or proven experience in a change management functionUniversity degree or relevant work experience; MBA or Master’s degree is relevant field is preferred.Working with Us:
