Associates who embody our core values fit in well here and we are eager to meet candidates who demonstrate behaviors that align with Trust, Ownership, Growth, Empathy, Teamwork, Heart, Enjoyment, and Relationships. **About the Role:** Maintain an assigned portfolio of clients with an asset-based lending (ABL) line of credit to ensure the accuracy and completeness of collateral assigned, calculate collateral availability, issue trend analysis reports, make sure client reports are provided timely, and communicate over-advances to appropriate personnel in accordance with the approved loan parameters. + Maintain an assigned portfolio of ABL borrowers with the following functions: Analyze borrowing base certificates and reports for accuracy and completeness to determine and set collateral availability on the line of credit, reconcile collateral differences, update account status to loan core system, review collections received to ensure they are in compliance with deposits to the cash collateral account or assigned, ensure timeliness of borrower reporting per approval. + Utilize an Asset Based Lending specific software to streamline and expedite daily efficiencies and production capabilities, inputting appropriate Borrowing Base parameters and monitoring client loan availability. + Develop and maintain a solid working relationship with lending units and ABL associates to ensure timely workflow. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. + Back up peers while maintaining own portfolio that is up to date and well organized. + Monitor a shared department inbox and bank’s imaging system to maintain timely documentation and reports of borrowers. + Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. + Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. + Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description. + Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Umpqua corporate culture in all actions and words. + Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate. + Embraces our vision to become the “Business Bank of Choice”. + May perform other duties as assigned. **About You:** + Bachelor’s Degree in the field of business, accounting, finance, or another related field or equivalent work experience + 2 years of related banking or similar work experience + Basic knowledge of bank systems; detailed knowledge of how to research the ACBS and IBS loan systems preferred. + Possess excellent analytical interpersonal, written, verbal and organizational skills. + Demonstrate ability to work independently and manage assigned accounts with supervision. + Proficient in Excel with a broad understanding of spreadsheet applications. + Knowledge of the relevant sections of the Commercial Loan Manual – Accounts Receivable and inventory preferred. + Demonstrate excellent numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail skills required. + Exercise critical thinking while working with supervisors and ABL Account Executives on complexities that deliver learning opportunities. **Workstyle:** Fully onsite. **Our Benefits:** We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $21.75 to $34.50, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
