What this job involves:

Customer Service & Communications

Workplace Management

Manage any and all inquiries and issues tactfully and confidentlyConduct daily site walk checklist(s) to ensure flawless execution, identifying defects and remediating any dangerous conditions immediatelyPrepare all workspace, including meeting rooms and collaboration spaces, and ensure they are in ‘ready-to-use’ condition whenever unoccupied throughout the workdayConfirm office equipment is in good working condition. Otherwise, rectify immediatelyLiaise and work collaboratively with colleagues (FM, Engineering, Project Mgmt.) and vendors to support the functionality of the workspaceEnsure services are delivered within SLA’s and compliant with applicable laws, rules and regulationsConsolidate all workplace related issues and identify areas for quick improvementOptimize operational touchpoints by shaping environments to be more productive to benefit all colleagues and visitors

Hospitality management

Build a sense of community and purpose by driving colleague engagement and creating an environment that attracts and retains high-performing talentParticipant on divisional catch ups and activities as requestedMaintain open communication with all visitors and colleagues on the floor including regular updates and follow ups, except for the visitorsSupport with tours of the floors explaining the facilities availableAssist individuals in finding a workspace when requiredAware of all important on-floor meetings and events and checks to make sure set-up and space is ready in advance and make sure it runs smoothly; and inspect non-bookable and bookable rooms throughout the dayAssist with end to end, meeting and escorting of VIP visits

Administrative Duties

Auditing and tracking of ongoing issues and concernsProactive and reactive assignment to workplace requests and concernsInternal meeting room booking and assistanceReport creation of reoccurring issues or concerns for resolutionAdminister workplace policies (clean desk, appropriate use of space, etc.)Additional duties as assigned by Workplace Hospitality Leader.

Candidate Qualifications

Hours of Operation

Role is required for 40 hours per weekMain business hours are 8am-6pm Monday through FridayStandard shifts will range between 7am-7pmBusiness coverage requirements may changeOvertime or extra shifts are dependent upon business levels

Experience

Degree in hospitality or equivalent experience is preferred2 – 4 years prior experience in hospitality, tourism, events operations property management, or related professionExperience in a corporate environment is preferred, but not required
