Collection Manager
The Collections Manager is responsible for managing the collection activities of our organization for the U.S. and its’ territories. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve collection processes, resolving disputes and chargebacks, and maintaining accurate records. The position serves as a liaison between the Skechers organization and our customers, ensuring satisfaction and providing assistance when needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection processes and maximize revenueLead and motivate a Collection Team of 4, providing guidance and support to ensure team goals are metManage accounts and develop plans to collect overdue paymentsHandle customer inquiries and disputes and provide customer service assistancePrepare and analyze collection reports providing insights into key performance metricsMaintain a working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance standardsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE-

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in collections and customer service preferredKnowledge of collection laws and regulationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and manage multiple tasksStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office

$80k-$90k/Annually
