Collection Specialist
Job Title: Collections Specialist
Job Description

This individual will provide support and coordination to the billing function of our Accounts Receivable team. The primary focus of this position is to handle and collect on customers' past due accounts, manage a large book of accounts, provide invoices upon customer request, and resolve invoice disputes. The role requires assisting customers with tracking all returns and credits and collecting on accounts that carry high delinquencies.

ResponsibilitiesManage a large portfolio of accounts between 1,000 - 4,000 customers.Collect on accounts with balances less than $10,000.Follow a pre-defined strategy using Get Paid to email or call customers as necessary.Reply to customers with a sense of urgency and a high customer service level.Assist customers with tracking returns and credits.Essential SkillsExperience with collecting on large accounts.Accounts receivable collections.B2B collections experience.Customer service skills.Proficiency in reconciliation and invoicing.Ability to multitask and handle customer disputes.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be comfortable being on phones and performing B2B collections.Must be eager and excited to learn.Work Environment

This position is in an office, team environment where all work together. There are significant growth opportunities within the company. While there are no bonuses currently, the company is considering an internal points system for recognition, allowing employees to 'buy' items from an online store with points earned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00
