Our client in the Beverage & Bottling Manufacturing industry is seeking a Collections & A/P Finance Manager to join their team. As a Collections & A/P Finance Manager, you will be part of the Accounts Payable Supporting SubProcesses team, responsible for first-line escalation with vendors and internal partners. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

**What's the Job?**
+ Responsible for training, developing and monitoring the performance of associates to ensure all baseline KPIs and project goals are met in the most effective and efficient manner.
+ Ownership of customer facing accountabilities related to the T&E/PCard call center, vendor escalations, supplier master data and cash recovery processes.
+ Manage receipt of mail, checks, invoices, etc., which require special handling and/or imaging.
+ Assure all activities are followed-up in a timely manner. Efficient and accurate handling of vendor or employee issues.
+ Lead review of escalations and hands on support of resolution of open issues.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in collections and accounts payable.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Ability to navigate resolution of issues across master data, employee inquiries, cash reconciliations and recoveries.
+ Experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and developing personnel who best meet job descriptions.
