Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position in the Collections role within the industry. The position is based in NORTHVILLE, Michigan, United States. The role involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries. The successful candidate will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary. Responsibilities: • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency • Maintain and update customer credit records regularly • Handle cash applications and post payments • Prepare charge backs and credit memos as required • Engage with customers and the sales team to address inquiries and concerns • Post transactions to the general ledger • Prepare aging reports and statements for customers • Perform collections operations, primarily through email and occasional phone calls • Ensure smooth collection processes and manage consumer collections • Utilize skills in Billing Collection, Cash Collections, Collection operations, Collection Processes, Collections - Consumer, Aging Accounts, Aging Reports, and Cash Applications.
