Temp to Hire **Job description** Responsibilities: - Contact individuals to collect outstanding debts - Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities - Perform account analysis to determine the best course of action for debt recovery - Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to debtors and discuss payment options - Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of debt balances - Collaborate with other team members to develop effective debt collection strategies Skills: - - Proficiency in math and understanding of debits and credits - Familiarity with accounting software for tracking and managing debt collection activities As a Debt Collector, you will play a crucial role in our organization by ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts.
