As a Collections Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company by managing overdue accounts. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers on outstanding debts, ensuring a balance between maintaining positive customer relations and securing revenue recovery.

Responsibilities

Timely and consistent follow up with customers on outstanding AR via email and telephone.Research invoice disputes in various systems (Netsuite, Salesforce, Sharepoint, etc)Coordinate with the Sales, Customer Success or other internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.Accurately enter and maintain customer billing and contact information in NetSuite and Tesorio.Manage and monitor client portal setups, invoice submissions/resubmissions and invoice statuses.Manage shared inbox – assigning emails to internal AR teams, notating remittance advices, assisting with vendor/supplier formsOther misc. Billing or collection duties as needed

Qualifications

Experience:Prior experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.Knowledge and Skills:Familiarity with basic billing procedures and collection techniques.Working knowledge of MS Office and/or related systems.Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).Problem-solving skills.Demonstrates commitment to task completion.Education:High school diploma; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
