JOB SUMMARY:

Perform a variety of duties related to global Accounts Receivable Management, including maximizing receivable Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)/Turnover and managing the level of bad debt losses by implementing effective procedures to collect past due accounts. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build a strong working relationship with customers, both internal and external.Contact customers to confirm receipt of invoices, obtain payment of outstanding accounts receivable, and remedy delinquency or non-payments.Discusses unique situations with the appropriate credit personnel in order to determine optimal decision for the division related to special trade accounts receivable matters.Managing monthly accounts receivable less than $10 million with moderate to minimal supervision.Facilitate credit card transactions for the business units.Manage whole goods titling process.(if needed)Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma2-plus years of related experienceStrong Excel skills (knowledge of sorting, SUM, Vlookup's)

PREFERRED:

Strong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency using a PC-computer and related softwareWorking knowledge of AS400 based platforms

Pay Range:

$44,500.00 - $68,300.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
