Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Analyst II is a senior-level role responsible for managing and optimizing the in-house collections process. This position involves handling complex accounts, implementing advanced collection strategies, and providing mentorship to junior team members. The AR Collections Analyst III aims to ensure timely payments, minimize bad debt, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires interfacing with Sales and Operations teams as well as support for all invoices that are non-General Contracting, including but not limited to Supplier and Strategic Customers (Previously National Accounts). Requires a strong ability to resolve complex collection problems and invoicing as truth.
Essential Functions
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related field.(S) Excellent communication and negotiation skills. (A) Ability to identify and resolve problems.(K) Advanced proficient with Microsoft Office 365. Specifically, Business ServicesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Familiar with High Radius is a plus.Supervisory Responsibilities (Edit the below if need be.)
