Essential duties include the following:
Develop, generate, analyze, and distribute reporting, to include real-time adjustments and campaign changes to drive peak performance metrics, related to the dialer’s performance and strategy objectives as well as agent statistics. Identify trends to help determine the need for strategy refinement and/or collector training.Provide support for Omnichannel, Temenos and Genesys operations. Responsible for system implementation management.Support the establishment of new client set-ups and acts in a project manager capacity, as needed.Work in automated sales management tools (i.e. ETL Tools, SalesForce, ZenDesk, SNOW).Analyze gaps in resource optimization and provide recommendations for improvement.Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Computer Operations or Business Administration field of study from an accredited college or university.Structured Query Language (SQL) experience preferred.Genesys or other dialer related software certification preferred.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in collections/operations.Advanced knowledge of business processes.Proficient knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.Advanced organizational & planning and collecting and analyzing data skills.Expert multi-tasking skills.Basic negotiation skills.Advanced managing priorities and deadlines and problem-solving skills.Able to communicate and interact effectively via verbal and written communications.Able to work collaboratively and build relationships and analyze, organize, and prioritize work.Able to be adaptable.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax.Able to type 35 WPM.Able to travel locally or nationally by car or plane.Sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.Stand, stoop, and kneel to file for long periods of time.Push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items.SWBC offers*:
