Collections Portfolio Manager
Job Title: Portfolio Manager Job Description Manage the day-to-day collection process of assigned portfolios and conduct monthly accounts receivable reviews with business and sales team members. Assist in customer support by monitoring the credit call line and email inboxes to minimize credit risk. Responsibilities + Manage day-to-day collection process of assigned portfolios. + Conduct monthly accounts receivable reviews with business and sales team members. + Assist in customer support by monitoring credit call line and email inboxes. + Minimize credit risk through diligent credit analysis and account management. Essential Skills + 4+ years of experience in commercial credit/collections. + Experience managing a portfolio of accounts. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Experience with account reconciliation. + Customer service skills. + Knowledge of SAP. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Degree in a relevant field. + Familiarity with JDE and GetPAID software is a plus. Work Environment This position is located in a major company in Las Colinas. The work environment involves using various technologies and software, including SAP, JDE, and GetPAID. The role may require standard office attire and involves regular interaction with business and sales team members.
