A third party collection company is interested in hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Collections Representatives to their team in Salt Lake City! This position is fully onsite, a long term opportunity, and the team is interested in candidates with Customer Service or Collections experience! Description + Collections representatives will be responsible for working with customers to collect on accounts. + Its an even playing field, the more accounts you resolve, the more accounts you get. + They have about 1000 clients, 50 regulars and 10 big accounts. + They operate off of a queue of accounts, if they land 2000 clients for one account, they will get spread among the group equally. + They have direct lines so they are able to get call backs and build relationships with clients. + Friendly collections Skills & Qualifications + Is comfortable using dual monitors and multi-tasking (talking up on the phone and taking notes in internal systems at the same time) + Needs to have strong attendance, and punctuality. + Prides themselves in being customer service oriented and their willingness to work with their customers.
