**Adecco is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Representative to join our team. This role involves heavy outbound calling for B2B collections, requiring strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities. If you are interested please read the summary and qualifications below.** + **Job Title:** Collections Representative + **Shift:** 1st Shift + **Pay Rate:** $22 per hour + **Location** : Mount Laurel Township, NJ (08054) **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct heavy outbound calls to collect payments from B2B customers. + Interact directly with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues. + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements. + Utilize strong writing and communication skills to correspond with customers. + Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting. + Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly collections goals. **Requirements:** + Proven experience in collections, particularly in a B2B setting. + Leasing experience is a plus. + Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. + Experience in accounting and cash application. + Degree in Finance or Business preferred. + Must be able to work in the office Tuesday and Wednesday, with the option to work from home the remainder of the week, unless business needs require otherwise. + Candidates must report to the Mount Laurel, NJ office for the first three weeks for training. **Work Schedule:** Hybrid work schedule with in-office attendance required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
