Collections Representative

Responsible for managing collections and account follow-ups, handling correspondence, documentation, and addressing account inquiries. Assists the Patient Account Supervisor with daily tasks and scheduling. Ensures a productive, customer-friendly, and efficient billing office.\n\nHandling collections for all payer categories.\n\nConducting follow-ups on overdue patient accounts.\n\nRegistering patient accounts.\n\nFollowing up on correspondence.\n\nReviewing and interpreting medical records.\n\nManaging CPT/Diagnosis codes.\n\nPromoting excellent customer service.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25
