Starting Pay $18.00-$21.00 based on experience Kohl’s associates receive great perks , such as: + Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance (and more!) + 401k with company match and Flexible Spending Accounts + Onsite Wellness clinic (SAT only- free for all associates and their family members) + Education benefits via Guild + 15% associate discount, with pop ups to 35% during associate appreciation sales The Collections Representative is a key member of the Kohl’s team , responsible for: + Support inbound and outbound calls to customers in an attempt to bring their Kohl’s Card account current. + Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent customer experience + Actively listen to customers’ needs and appropriately communicate a resolution + Deliver consistent customer experience for one or more lines of business through attention to detail and creative problem solving + Resolve customer concerns, including Kohl’s charge inquiries and payments, and collections on early to advanced levels of delinquency + Utilize advanced negotiation techniques and partner with past due customers to establish acceptable payment arrangements + QUALIFICATIONS + REQUIRED + Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a customer service environment + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Ability to multitask + Ability to interact well with others in a team oriented environment + Adaptive and flexible to changing technologies, processes and environments + PREFERRED + Previous inbound/outbound call center experience Start Date (Orientation) : April 14 , 2025 - 8:00am - 5:00pm Training (3-4 weeks on-site): Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch) Work Schedule: + Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Apply today!
