**Collections Representative - 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM** (No weekends!) **$300.00 Sign-On Bonus** ($17.00 per hour + shift dif) **= $18.50 per hour!** **GUARANTEED MONTHLY BONUSES** You will work the same hybrid schedule every week. **HYBRID ROLE in Stow, OH.** **Work from home Monday and Friday** Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday is on-site at Matco headquarters in Stow, OH. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** **You will work to establish payment solutions for 1** **st** **party past due credit accounts through outbound and inbound customer call interactions via a dialer system at our call center in our corporate headquarters.** + Receive inbound calls from and/or make outbound customer calls to Spanish-speaking (and English) customers regarding past due credit accounts via a dialer system. + Speak fluent Spanish (Puerto Rican preferred) + Effectively collect on secured installment loans + Utilize effective verbal and/or written communications and influencing skills to determine reasons for delinquency, and to arrange for proper payment arrangements or settlements. + Properly document collection actions and status of account utilizing the AS400 and Oracle system. + Recommend electronic debit, credit, and check payments over the phone. + Always maintain professional interaction with all Matco Tools personnel and customers. + Maintain and enhance customer relationships while resolving past due accounts. + Utilize excellent time management skills for your assigned work schedule, as well as handling call volume throughout your shift. + Other duties as assigned. **WHO YOU ARE** + 6 months of Collections experience required. + 6 months Call Center/Customer Service required. + Working on a dialer experience preferred (not required) + Bilingual - must be fluent in Spanish (interpret/document) + Knowledge of collection laws preferred (not required) + High school diploma or GED required; college degree and/or equivalent experience preferred. + Self-motivated, goal oriented, persistent, and a skilled negotiator. + Must have excellent attendance and punctuality. + Must be able to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction and work well in a team environment. + Must be able to work 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM Eastern Time. + Must be able to work on-site Tuesday - Thursday and remote (from home) on Monday's and Friday's. **FIT FACTORS** + Quality first + Customer focused + Utilizes the available tools as resources + Results oriented + Respect for people + Assertive + High integrity + Takes ownership \#LI-XX1 Matco Tools is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vontier Corporation.
