Please for immediate consideration! salary: $20 - $23 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities This employee is responsible for communicating with prior company Financial Advisors, their counsel and the internal legal department. They will be speaking with them about prior debts owed and working through the collections process. The team works through a queue where they are alerted any time an Advisor leaves the company and has an outstanding debt that is owed. At that time, the candidate will prioritize their focuses based on this que and the timelines and amounts of the outstanding balances. The que averages about 150 open cases in the queue at a time. The queue will export it's data into Excel, so they will have to work through Pivot Tables and V-Lookups to identify business focuses and targeted Financial Advisors to reach out to. + Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with legal teams (both verbally and written) + Must have excellent MS Word and Excel skills. They will be doing mail merges, working with drafted communication, and must have the ability to utilize Pivot Tables and V-Lookups. + Must be highly analytical. They will be focused on doing investigative and analytical work to understand how much debt is owed and for how long to be able to prioritize collections processes.
