Description We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in the printing and publishing industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing business-to-business collections, ensuring customer service excellence, and proficiently using Excel. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee and execute collection operations in a business-to-business environment • Process all customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency • Keep customer credit records updated • Address customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer service • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed • Use Microsoft Excel to manage and process data • Follow collection processes and procedures • Handle collections for commercial clients • Employ Excel formulas to automate tasks and enhance efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in B2B collections is essential for this role. • Strong knowledge of collection operations is necessary. • Deep understanding of collection processes is required. • Prior experience in collections, particularly commercial collections, is a must. • Familiarity with Excel formulas is important. • Competency in Microsoft Excel is crucial.
