Job Description:

CoWorx Staffing Services has an immediate opening for a skilled Collections Specialist with our premier client located in Cypress, CA.

The Collections Specialist is responsible for supporting the Retail Servicing Department. This position will have direct contact with customers, dealers and internal departments.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for supporting the Retail Servicing Department

Desired Background/Skills:

-Must be 18+ years old
-One (1) year of commercial collections experience
-Knowledgeable in the legal aspects of accounts (e.g., trusts, fiduciary accounts, Power of Attorneys, etc.).
-Basic understanding of the credit to cash cycle. (Invoicing, billing, payment terms, etc.)
-Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
-Key skills and competencies:
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy, Organized, strong team player.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize.
-Conflict resolution, problem-solving and negotiation skills
-Demonstrate ability to use good judgment in taking initiative while asking for direction or clarification and consulting others.
-Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Shift Details:
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $21.00-$24.00/Per hour
