Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in Holland, Ohio for a Collections Specialist who will be an integral part of our service industry team. As a Collections Specialist, you will be tasked with managing B2B collections, handling commercial collections, and ensuring a smooth process flow in a high-volume call center environment. Responsibilities: • Manage B2B collections efficiently • Handle commercial collections effectively • Maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-paced call center • Ensure accurate and prompt responses to customer inquiries • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications • Resolve customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner • Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency • Implement effective collections management strategies • Maintain a high level of proficiency in credit collections. Requirements • Proficiency in B2B collections is necessary. • Experience in Commercial Collections is required. • Demonstrated ability in Collections Management is a must. • Solid understanding of Credit - Collections is expected. • Previous work in a Call Center is a prerequisite. • Excellent Call Center Customer Service skills are essential. • Ability to work in a Fast Paced Call Center environment is a requirement. • Experience in handling High Volume Call Center is desired.
