Description We are seeking a Collections Specialist to become part of our team in the transport industry, based in Frisco, Texas. This role involves a significant amount of customer interaction, requiring you to process applications, maintain records, and resolve inquiries. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Managing client communication through calls and emails to reduce account balances • Handling accounts receivable (AR) with efficiency • Utilizing accounting software systems for various tasks • Regular use of Excel for diverse functions • Addressing and rectifying billing issues • Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve billing-related concerns • Ensuring all work on accounts is updated correctly • Administering claims as and when required • Answering inbound calls in a detail oriented manner • Using CRM and Epic Software for effective collection processes.
