Description Are you an experienced accounting professional with a knack for collections and a passion for accuracy? A great Robert Half client is seeking an Accounting Collection Specialist (AR) to join their Finance department. This role supports the Accounting Manager by managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collections, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end close activities. Key Responsibilities: + Perform collections for past-due accounts via phone and email, process customer payments, and maintain accurate ledger entries. + Reconcile accounts receivable ledger, verify discrepancies in invoices or payments, and resolve account issues with internal teams. + Manage daily invoices, monthly statements, and assist with month-end close, audit requests, and special projects. Requirements Qualifications: + Associate degree in Accounting or related field with at least 1 year of accounts receivable experience. + Proficiency in MS Office; SAP ERP experience preferred. + Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
