Description We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving customer inquiries, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and processing customer credit applications. Responsibilities: • Resolve customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner • Accurately process customer credit applications • Monitor and manage customer accounts • Utilize Accounting Software Systems to maintain customer records • Leverage CRM for customer relationship management • Use Accurint for customer data verification • Work with ADP - Financial Services for financial processing • Operate Epic Software for healthcare billing and management • Execute Billing Functions and Collection Processes • Administer Accounts Receivable and Claim Administration functions • Handle Answering Inbound Calls from customers and clients Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential. • Experience with Accurint is required. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary. • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is mandatory. • Experience with Epic Software is preferred. • Must have knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR). • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls is required. • Must be familiar with Billing Functions. • Experience in Claim Administration is preferred. • Understanding of Collection Processes is necessary.
