Description We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team based in Woodland Hills, California. In this role, you will work closely with our finance team and utilize your expertise in Accounting Software Systems and CRM to manage and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivable and billing functions. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM to manage customer accounts • Accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain and update customer credit records regularly • Manage accounts receivable and perform billing functions • Administer claims and follow up on pending ones • Implement collection processes and strategies to improve efficiency • Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts and billing • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary action as needed • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
