Description Seeking a reliable Commercial Collection Specialist to manage enterprise-level accounts with multiple locations. This role focuses on ensuring timely payments, resolving unpaid invoices, and addressing payment delays. This position is on sit. The pay is 25-30 an hour depending on experience. Responsibilities: + Manage and maintain assigned accounts. + Make collection calls and send correspondence. + Reconcile complex accounts and resolve disputes. + Process customer payments and update records. + Reduce delinquency and negotiate payment plans. + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Requirements Requirements: + 5+ years of AR experience, including collections. + Experience with high-volume residential or corporate accounts. + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUPs/pivots a plus). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Positive, self-motivated, and dependable. Success Factors: + Commercial collections experience. + Punctual, responsible, and proactive. + Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
