Description We are in search of a Collections Specialist to become part of our IT Software team, based in SOLON, Ohio. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of our customer accounts, with responsibilities ranging from processing customer credit applications to maintaining accurate records. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage and update contacts in NetSuite and Excel • Handle returned mail and search system for corresponding emails • Provide support to the team as needed • Execute collection processes and procedures • Utilize NetSuite and Excel to maintain and manage data • Handle billing collection tasks and collect outstanding payments • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required. Requirements • Proficiency in Billing Collection, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. • Demonstrated ability to Collect Outstanding dues effectively, prioritizing based on urgency and value. • Experience in Collecting Payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled correctly. • Solid understanding of Collection Processes, including best practices and legal regulations. • Proficiency in using NetSuite for managing and tracking collections. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables.
