Description Immediate opportunity for a Collections Specialist to join our team in the service industry, located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As a Collections Specialist, you will be tasked with managing customer accounts though outbound collections efforts, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of credit processes. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle the processing of customer credit applications • Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate • Take appropriate action on monitoring customer accounts • Resolve any customer inquiries that arise • Use Accounting Software Systems for managing the accounts receivable process • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts • Perform billing functions using accounting system • Implement collection processes and procedures • Manage commercial collections efficiently.
