Your responsibilities in this role: · Manage outbound collections calls using a dialer · Lead all billing and reporting activities according to deadlines · Manage all customer questions · Maintain and update customer files to see that data integrity is maintained · Call on all past due amounts and record all results in the system · Record all customer payments to the correct reports Requirements · High School Diploma · 2-3 years of prior high volume collections experience · Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills · Experience using Microsoft Office Suite · All candidates must be driving distance to Orange Park, FL for any on-site training.
