Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Tucker, Georgia, 30084, United States. The selected candidate will be part of an industry that requires proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, Accurint, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Epic Software. As a Collections Specialist, you will be expected to manage accounts receivable, handle inbound calls, and perform billing functions among other responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) process • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries • Utilize Accounting Software Systems to process customer credit applications • Maintain accurate records of customer credit using Accurint • Use ADP - Financial Services for financial tracking and reporting • Implement CRM for customer relationship management • Operate Epic Software for healthcare and billing needs • Administer claims and ensure proper claim administration • Execute collection processes to recover unpaid amounts • Employ NetSuite for business management tasks.
