Description We are offering an employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the Real Estate & Property industry. Based in Tustin, California, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing our collections process. Responsibilities: • Taking charge of daily collections calls • Handling and managing cash collections • Ensuring the accurate posting of payments to client accounts • Arranging payment schedules with clients • Identifying and resolving billing discrepancies promptly • Applying skills in various collections processes such as B2B collections, Commercial Collections, and Consumer Collections • Managing collections for various entities including third party collections, site collections, and self-pay collections • Utilizing knowledge of insurance collections and medical collections • Maintaining and managing customer credit records • Ensuring accurate processing of customer credit applications Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Collections Specialist role or similar • Prior experience in Insurance Collections would be beneficial • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Proficiency in using appropriate software and technology for collections.
