Position Summary

This position is responsible for the collection of 30 – 90 day accounts via an automated outbound dialer as well as answering inbound calls from customers. This is a fast paced, goal oriented collection call center position.

ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound collection calls initiated by the automated dialerNegotiate payment arrangements to assist customers in curing their delinquencyFacilitate inbound customer calls regarding past due balances and/or account inquiriesInitiate account corrections/updates/adjustments when necessaryThoroughly document account notesValidate customer demographics (phone, address, etc.) to ensure accuracyOther duties as assigned

Required:

Preferred:

Previous call center experience

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Location: Full on-site in Brook Park, Ohio
