Description We are in search of a Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage high-value accounts, collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve payment issues, and maintain strong client relationships. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handle the collection processes for accounts that are overdue • Use tools such as Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, and GetPaid to manage accounts • Collaborate with resellers and end users to optimize cash flow and resolve payment delays • Investigate issues leading to non-payment and work towards their resolution • Maintain a positive relationship with clients while meeting collection targets • Administer and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action • Maintain accurate records of customer credit • Help in the administration of claims • Perform billing functions and answer inbound calls when necessary Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools • Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively • Familiarity with Billing Functions • Experience in Claim Administration • Understanding of Collection Processes • Proficiency in using Oracle software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
