Description Our esteemed client within the manufacturing sector, located in Oceanside is actively seeking a diligent and professional Collections Specialist. This role aims to keep our financial stability by managing and collecting on past-due payments. Responsibilities: + Manage the effective and timely collection of all accounts receivable. + Coordinate any customer credit issues and disputes to satisfactory resolution. + Analyze financial situations of clients and decide action to be taken. + Review AR aging on a weekly basis and initiating customer contact for overdue amounts. Requirements + Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field. + Prior experience in collections, preferably within the manufacturing industry. + Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation. + Proficient in computer software programs and customer relations management software.
