What you will be doing:

· Responsible for managing a select group of top accounts within the electronics portfolio in SAP and achieving AR improvement, contacting customers regarding delinquent payments and monitors the collection of past due accounts.· Responsible for and supports team in reaching AR performance, working capital objectives and service level goals for the department through monitoring of various daily reports and department planning.· Develops relationships with key sales, customer support, distributor, and region management personnel to achieve accounts receivable goals and service level standards. · Analyzes data and develops strategic improvement plans based on trend patterns.· Responsible for the investigation and analysis of credit risks. · Performance management of credit and collections associates including but not limited to supervising, training, coaching, and discipline. · Performs progress evaluations for direct reports including monthly KPI reports, quarterly KPI reports and annual evaluations.· Uses Six Sigma, Lean process mapping skills to improve processes and productivity.· Prepares management reports as required.· Resolves complex credit problems independently. · Makes decisions regarding credit extension.· Aggressively escalates account information to Collections Manager that is critical to AR performance.· Performs other duties as assigned

What makes you great:

· High School Diploma required/Bachelor’s Degree preferred.· 3 years Collections/Customer Service/Call Center experience required.· Supervisory/Leadership experience in a Collections/Customer Service environment preferred.· Knowledge of SAP and JDE preferred.· Proficient with Excel, Word and Power Point· Demonstrates interpersonal, project management, written and verbal communication skills
