**Who We Are** **AVT** is the global leader in print process control, quality assurance, and press control for the packaging, labeling, and commercial print industries. We are looking for a **collector** to be part of our finance team in a temporary position. **In your main role at AVT, you will be responsible for:** + Collection based on AR Reports. + Reply to customers in a timely manner. + Check deposits. + Work with an ERP system: MFGPro. + Issue Collection reports to Management. + Analyze customers’ accounts. + Follow up on invoices. + Record deposits in the ERP system and related system **Qualifications** **:** + High communication skills (needs to work with customers and many other interfaces at AVT worldwide) + High level of English, other languages - advantage + High level in Excel- Proficient in using MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) for tracking and reporting + Strong attention to detail for tracking payments, following up on overdue accounts, and ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize follow-ups effectively + Experience in working with finance ERP systems (advantage) + Certified Bookkeeper - (advantage) + 1-2 years of previous collection experience in a global environment (advantage) + Experience in global companies – (advantage) At Veralto, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve.
