Job Description
Purpose:
The position will emphasize the handling/collecting calls, while following all State and Federal Laws, assist owners with a general understanding of the terms and conditions related to their ownership and contracts, and perform all collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
Collection activity that facilitates the maintenance of acceptable delinquency percentages as provided by financial management. Maintain required levels of phone activity, contact percentages, and other key performance indicators. Legally, ethically, and confidentially handle any correspondence and/or payments received. Maintain detailed and organized support documentation related to the handling of any owner account. Assist all members of collections staff with daily processes and procedures when required Takes inbound telephone calls on all delinquent owners within their respective queues and makes outbound calls based on business needs. Provide excellent customer service to our owners and assist with delinquent Maintenance Fees, reservations, and other owner issues as needed. Continually works to keep delinquency and defaults low to avoid setting off triggers established by investors/lenders that may have a negative financial impact on the company Maintains accurate banking and customer information in systems of record.
