Collector - Outbound

Linde Gas Equipment Inc. is seeking an Outbound Collector to join our team located in Ankeny, IA.Outbound Collectors will be responsible for the investigations and analysis of credit information while working within established guidelines. Outbound Collectors will resolve moderately complex credit problems but may request assistance on highly sensitive accounts. The Outbound Collector will contact customers regarding delinquent payments and assists in the collection of past due accounts.

Responsibilities (1st shift)

Answer inbound phone calls from internal and external customersProcess paymentsMake credit release decisions following procedures as stated in The Linde Gas Equipment Inc. wayRefer customer disputes to field personnel for final resolutionMake payment arrangements on delinquent accountsPerform outbound collections calls in support of credit release proceduresEscalate customer disputes and collections situations as necessaryAssist team in meeting inbound service level standardsOther duties as assigned
