Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product team, Segment leads, and Sales teams to align operationsContribute to technical and commercial discussions related to industrial print solutionsLead improvements projects in processes and tools used by the team and our interfacesCommunicate findings, proposals, and recommendations to management

Participate in project teams and take ownership of less complex operational initiatives within the Product and Solutions team scopeApply simplification principles and best practices to streamline processesDevelop an understanding of industrial print production workflows and technologies

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, or a related technical discipline.Previous internship or work experience in a go-to-market, product or project teams, or industrial engineering environment is preferred.Understanding of industrial print production processes and technologies is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and spreadsheet tools.Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.Basic project management experience and an understanding of process and project management.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Eager to learn and apply their skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Ability to commit to a full-time, 5-6 month internship starting in May 2025.
